Developed by InFiNe.lu member, the LHoFT Foundation, the programme targets startups focusing on financial inclusion in Africa, aiming to build bridges with Luxembourg’s Microfinance Industry, highlighting their initiatives and very much aligned with the sustainability goals of Luxembourg’s finance center.
Apply by September 15th to join the 5th edition of the LHoFT Fintech for Financial Inclusion acceleration programme which will be held in Luxembourg from October 24-28, 2022.
The 10 selected Fintechs will have the opportunity to connect with partners, sponsors, investors, Microfinance institutions (MFI), and Public Financial Institutions (PFIs) and get InFiNe.lu mentorship!

The InFiNe.lu Scholarship Programme supports employees from InFiNe.lu member organisations for up to EUR 4.000/scholar in the following subjects:
- Microfinance
- Rural finance
- Microinsurance
- Digital finance linked to inclusive finance
- Impact investing
- Impact measurement
- Islamic microfinance
- Sustainable finance linked to inclusive finance
The executive training courses must be provided by an official and recognized training/ educational organisation and be no longer than 6 months. Here is a non-exhaustive list of executive trainings you could attend.
The applicant will not have received an InFiNe.lu scholarship in the past. The maximum funding request is limited to EUR 4000. The applicant must be able to cover the additional costs of the training. InFiNe.lu covers tuition fees only and does not cover:
- Living costs (food, accommodation)
- Travel costs (transportation, visa if needed)
- Participation in conferences
- Master’s degree and Ph.D. research/ studies
- Purchase of supplies (books, computer equipment)
