According to ARM in partnership with TechnoVision, the Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA) finalists’ pitch event for the year 2023 would take place virtually on April 14, 2023. (TVC).
The formal application time for DAAYTA 2023 begins with this announcement, as ARM seeks Nigeria’s best and most creative start-up business ideas to participate in this edition.
ARM developed the Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA) program in 2015 to honor its original CEO, Deji Alli.
The goal of the award is to recognize young businesses that have innovative and creative ideas that greatly improve the lives of persons in their communities and surroundings.
In keeping with the company’s commitment to CSR, the program aspires to develop a generation of change leaders who will work together to create a better future.
CRITERIA FOR APPLICATION
To be eligible for the award, the applicant must meet the following requirements:
- be a Nigerian citizen
- be between the ages of 18 and 30 submit their application, which must be their original work have an MVP (minimum viable product) i.e., you have clients be able to cover his/ her/ travel team’s fees and other associated costs if necessary for the two-day Pitch Workshop and Final Pitch Event in February and March 2023
- comprehend ARM’s business and what we stand for; and be prepared to represent ARM as an Ambassador
PRIZES
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, the winner of DAAYTA 2023 will receive money of 12,000,000 (twelve million naira) during a one-year period for the following purposes:
- monetary contribution to working capital
- TVC Labs will provide a 5-month acceleration support service for the growth of their enterprise to participants in an entrepreneurial education program at Pan Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.
The deadline for submissions is December 27, 2022.
